ADHD Friendly 2024 Notion Dashboard

This ADHD Friendly 2024 Notion Template is my very first public template! In keeping with my “Keep it Simple Stupid” planning philosophy, I have incorporated FOUR core focuses to keep you from getting overwhelmed, and instead help you live a more sustainable, productive and FOCUSED life.

I have been working on this template for YEARS, adjusting my own personal dashboard with the bits and bobs that really do work for my ADHD brain, so I hope you enjoy it, and I can’t wait for you to try it out yourself!
